Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to all residential and commercial addresses within the contiguous United States. We are working on expanding our logistics to support international shipping in the near future.
How long does delivery typically take?
Standard shipping for in-stock items usually takes 5-10 business days. For larger furniture sets requiring freight delivery, a carrier representative will contact you to schedule a specific delivery window.
What is your return policy for patio furniture?
We offer a 30-day return policy on all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that return shipping costs may apply, and a restocking fee may be deducted for items not in their original condition.
Are your products covered by a warranty?
Yes, all Mirador Outdoor products come with a limited manufacturer's warranty ranging from 1 to 5 years, depending on the specific product category, covering manufacturing defects and structural integrity.
Do I need to assemble the furniture myself?
Most of our items arrive partially assembled to ensure safe transit. We provide comprehensive, easy-to-follow instruction manuals and all necessary hardware for a seamless setup experience.
