Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Prepare the Item
Carefully disassemble the product if necessary and pack it securely in its original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all hardware and instruction manuals are included.
Ship to Warehouse
Affix the provided shipping label to the exterior of the box and drop the package off at an authorized carrier location or schedule a freight pickup for oversized furniture.
Inspection and Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned items at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
